Long Distance Reiki Session

Service Description

Distance doesn't dim the power of energy as Reiki energy is not limited by time or space. These sessions begin with my setting a clear intention to send healing to the recipient. Through a focused meditation, I channel universal life force energy and direct it to recipient, similar to how a cell phone uses radio wave to connect with another phone, regardless of physical distance. These types of sessions are very convenient as they allow anyone wherever they are in the world to receive healing. Even without being physically present, people report sensations of warmth, emotional release, peace and sometimes even vivid imagery - signs that the energy is flowing and doing its work. I will connect with you before your session to discuss details, and you will also receive follow-up reflections and guidance to help integrate the effects into your everyday life. Preparation: You will be asked to find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed during the session, which lasts about 40 minutes. You will then be guided to breathe and calm your mind and body while you prepare to receive the energy. I use techniques that connect you to me and then to the Universal Life Force. I send energy with the intention of supporting your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.  During the Session: You don't need to do anything special during the session itself. You can play light music in the background if that helps you. You can sit in a chair, lie down on your couch or bed, or find a favorite spot that brings you peace. After the session: You may be encouraged to rest and hydrate after the session. Some people report feeling a shift in their mood or energy, while others notice changes over the following days.  Potential benefits: Convenience: You can receive the benefits of a Reiki session in your own home, no matter where you are.
