Refund Policy for Life Flow Energy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product or service offered through this Site. This Refund Policy outlines the general conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.

Please note that services performed at Carlisle Bowen Works are not part of my home-based business and must follow Carlisle Bowen Works' refund refund policies.

All long-distance Reiki sessions or services performed at my home location will follow the policy below. Ensure you know the location from which you will be receiving your services during the booking process.

1. Digital Services (Long-Distance Reiki Sessions)

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally considered final once access or delivery has occurred. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a review.

Refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

2. Events, Workshops, and Appointments

For scheduled events, workshops, or appointments, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, though credits or rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
