Hi, I'm Elaine McFadyen, a certified Reiki Master and Lotus Light Practitioner. I blend intuition with intention, crafting personalized sessions that go beyond energy work — they’re sacred containers for transformation. I offer a steady, heart-centered presence to those seeking peace, clarity, and connection.

​​My essence is rooted in compassion, purpose, and a fierce gentleness with a
deep passion for supporting others on their path to mind, body, and spiritual well-being. Each session is gentle and personal as I surrender to the unique needs of the individual.
Allowing the Reiki energy to flow to where it's needed most, I aim to help release what no longer serves you. This releasing of old patterns and energy helps you connect with a more balanced, aligned, and awakened version of yourself. Through a collaborative and heart-centered approach, it is an honor to support you on your healing journey.
What Lead Me to Reiki
Over the years of sharing Reiki, I have learned that while Reiki can be subtle, it truly is powerful in the way it supports healing. Having been diagnosed with cancer in 2022, Reiki sessions helped facilitate the healing process during my treatments and recovery afterwards by calming my mind and body which allowed for deep relaxation, stress reduction and pain relief.
I now live my days with more balance, clarity, and awareness, which helps me focus on maintaining my overall well-being. It is my truest heartfelt desire to share all that I have learned to assist my clients to cultivate a deep sense of calm, clarity, and peace in their everyday life.
Becoming a Master is not just about reiki teaching, it’s about embracing a lifestyle dedicated to healing and personal growth. It’s about embodying the principles of Reiki in all aspects of life and committing to use this healing art to bring balance, harmony, and well-being to oneself and others. This journey towards becoming a Reiki Master is a transformative process that enhances personal wisdom and promotes a deeper connection with the universal life force energy.
